Listen, guys! I tried committing to a 30-day challenge Abs workout that I found on Pinterest. I only made it to day 7 – * blocks face *.
I really suck at exercise routines. I was not kidding when I told you that. I really fell off. Big time. I had to shake that sh*t off the minute I sat at my work desk and I felt my belly roll over the fold of my pants! Game Over! I jumped on the clean eating wagon and now I’m back to trying another simplified workout plan to get that flat tummy again.
I just might have a WARM GIRL SUMMER. I mean, not too crazy, beaches may not be accessible yet but we might get some lockdown restrictions lifted, might have a private pool party with less than 20 gathered (I can dream) I might want to show out in a 2 piece. Just trying to keep it warm. Not go “OUT OUT” but just out there a little, with my toes out. Do you feel me?

Here it goes. Short and Sweet. We got this. Let’s GO!
- 100 jumping jacks
- 100 crunches
- 50 squats
- 50 leg lifts
- 50 bicycle crunches
- 25 push-ups
- 1-minute plank (seems doable because I don’t think that I can plank for more than 60 seconds and survive)
DO 2 SETS PER DAY DURING WEEK 1.
I know 30 days will be a stretch for me, so I thought I can do it in baby steps.
I don’t like recording myself working out but I can definitely say it’s going great! Pray for me! That 100 jumping jacks routine had me winded at 30 in the beginning. I try to do it before I shower.
