Procrastination isn't a unique character flaw or a mysterious curse on your ability to manage time, but a way of coping with challenging emotions & negative moods induced by certain task - boredom, anxiety, insecurities, frustration, resentment or self doubt.

Understand that procrastination can be changed. Understanding why you put things off is POWER.

Take MASSIVE actions everyday - even if it's only for 10 minutes. Just start and you'll be on your way.

Be OK with failing - learn from your mistakes, get up and resume.

PRIORITIZE - SET SMALL GOALS - TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF

As some of us are still adjusting to the "new norm" (social distancing, wearing mask, work from home, rapid testing, quarantine). Whewww 😣, it's been alot and it's been challenging.

You have to wake up each day and be grateful. New day, New Opportunities. You are here and you are loved. Also remember, when expressing GRATITUDE, you must never forget that the highest expectation is not just to utter the words, but to live by them.
