The idea of this blog is to always find ways to help each other de-stress, tune out, turn off, log off, unwind and just RELAX. 

There are 24 hours in a day.  If you couldn’t get everything you set out to accomplish today, it’s OK.  My grandmother used to say “Rome wasn’t built in a day” or “even God rested on the 7th day“.  So, RELAX. 

Let’s activate RELAX MODE-

  1. Put your feet up against the wall and hold them for 20 mins to improve circulation, especially if you’re on your feet all day or sitting at your desk working for more than 5 hours a day.
  2. Enjoy some aromatherapy
  3. Take deep breaths
  4. Have a glass of wine 
  5. Take a warm bath /shower   
  6. Practice Mindfulness or Meditation Daily
  7. Ask your partner for a shoulder massage
  8. Take a nap
  9. Get some sunlight on your face
